TBR Project Hoppers Crossing

Location: Hoppers Crossing

Scope of work:This bathroom in Hoppers Crossing was crying for an upgrade as the layout was badly designed. The original bathroom had two doors, a shower over the bath and a vanity. The shower over the bath was a safety hazard to step in and out for young and old. The vanity was very small. The two doors were not required and took up space in both the bathroom and bedroom.
Total Bathroom Renovations measured and designed a new layout to accommodate the client’s needs and resolve all the issues. One door was blocked off. A separate shower, vanity and tallboy cupboard were installed. The bath was eliminated.

The client chose glass borders with different colour variations of light and dark grey to match the floor tiles and pick up the chrome tapware. Grout colour chosen was a light grey to complement the border and floor tiles and blend in with the white wall tiles.

The client required more cupboard space. These cupboards were custom-made to fit in the required area. They were installed of the floor to create a modern, clean finish.

Clients Testimonial:

“Mark and his “offsider” Bindi both have a good work ethic, work well together and take pride in their work. They had no problem doing that little extra.
Impressive was the clean-up each day, not just a “builder’s clean”, a proper one. All tools were cleaned and stored away at the end of each day.
Protective matting and drop sheets were used throughout, put down in the morning and taken up in the afternoon.
Care was taken so as to disrupt the normal household routine as little as possible.
Finish is first class and we are pleased with the outcome.”
