Mark and TBR were a complete delight to have renovate our bathroom. Right from the promptness with which we received a quote, the determination of materials, the start time, through to the completion day, this company and its proprietor were nothing but professional. Mark anticipated some issues which we hadn’t considered (small stuff like colours for window winders, door frames, fly wire screens etc) that other tradesmen wouldn’t have worried about. He and his work colleague Bindi were punctual every day and worked from early in the morning until late in the afternoon/early evening – this reflected a great work ethic. Completion date was right on the day promised. The finish was excellent and, more importantly, underlying structural work was well above the minimum standard. It’s with great pleasure that I write this review for Total Bathroom Reno’s. We had a bit of an emergency recently where part of an old wall in our bathroom gave way. In desperation we called Total Bathroom Renos. That was a Saturday morning. Mark was there by noon, quoted us, and we gave him the go ahead there and then. We were in a jam because we had a 10 mth old baby, and a house with one bathroom. Well Mark swung some jobs around that he was committed to and was at our place 6.30am Monday to make a start. He stripped back the bathroom. And we then discovered a bodgy reno job had been done by the previous owner. Mark brought all the defects to our attention and got stuck into the job. Every day when I got home I could see real progress and quality workmanship. The job was finished on time and on budget. Mark is also meticulous with cleanliness – I said to my hubby he is the cleanest twaddle ever. I have no hesitation in singing Mark’s praises.

We recently decided to start giving our 20 year old townhouse some TLC and are so glad that we had Mark on board to help with our bathroom. Mark’s professionalism and expertise are absolutely outstanding. Both he and Bindi were great company and a pleasure to have around. They were extremely organised and the house was always left clean. The kids really loved having them around. Mark went out of his way to include the kids, patiently explaining answers to any questions they had about what he was doing. Mark is extremely generous, a week after our bathroom was finished the old hot water system failed, Mark came to our rescue and by the end of the day Mark had us up and running again with new system.
